Note - This is the very last Bourjasotte Grise log or cutting until Fall!  We recently sold our last set of Bourjasotte Grise and are down to a solo log.  So we have paired it here with a Chicago Hardy log to give a lucky figBid member the chance at starting a collection with a Mt. Very nice cuttings as a result of being from in ground trees.  Cuttings pictured are representative of what you will receive however you may receive logs/cuttings from another batch as we have many freshly harvested.  Mother trees sourced from very reputable member of the fig community.  

Fig logs this thick are getting to be rarer than Hen's teeth.  Jump the line to a faster maturing tree!  These logs are loaded with energy.  Many folks erroneously fear rooting large caliper cuttings due to the sometimes longer time to start rooting, however your patience is rewarded with massive root development that quickly exceeds it's thinner caliper counterparts.  With those thicker and far more advanced root systems your tree develops much faster.  How can we say this?  We have rooted thousands and thousands of cuttings using about every method possible.  While ALL cuttings will root and develop quality trees, when eager to try the fruit from a specific variety a thick log cutting can give you a full year or sometimes 2 years jump!  Who wouldn't want that?

BOURJASOTTE GRISE - Here we have a very attractive looking fig that looks great from the outside but the inside looks and tastes even better!  Mid season fig for us and performs well in humid conditions.  This is another one of those varieties that was getting pumped by one of the popular you tubers for good reason.  This one lives up to the hype.    

CHICAGO HARDY - Reliable and Cold Hardy variety. Staple of any respectable NE fig collection.
