This is a Pike White Sapote fruit tree. It is grafted. 

White sapote is considered one of the custard fruits. It has a creamy, pleasant vanilla flavor. Pike has been said to be possibly quicker to fruit than other varieties. Its hard to find these plants online. This will be a great addition to any collectors garden!
