Corazon de la Bahia Fig Tree

Corazon de la Bahia fig tree from cutting in a 4x9 treepot. I purchased my cutting directly from The Fig Hunter in February of 2022. My in ground tree  is producing figs for the first time so I cannot comment on taste until later this season. Corazon de la Bahia is a wild California fig introduced by The Fig Hunter.

The cutting is well rooted and was started in January of this year. Grown in a coco coir mix with mycorrhiza and acclimated to outside. I’m very excited to see how this tree grows in my area. Fig is said to be common but I cannot personally confirm.
