Description

I will not ship citrus to Alabama, Arizona, California, Florida, Georgia, Louisiana, or Texas.  If you decide to purchase from one of these states, I will refund your money minus the seller's fee.

Welcome to Coastal Fig company.  My name is Craig and I run our family nursery in Bucks County Pa.  We are located in Yardley and also grow in a 5,000 square foot high tunnel in Doylestown PA.  Our nursery is composed of myself, my wife, and our 9 children.

Inspired by my travel to Israel and love of the ancient Mediterranean culture, I became passionate about studying fig growing in the Northeast climate. After establishing the successful growth of multiple varieties, and spoiling my family with the delicious fruit, I am now sharing my love of figs with your backyard.

You can find our website online where we also offer several unique cold hardy citrus varieties.  In addition, you can also find us on Youtube where we will be sharing some of our insights from our Northeast Sare Grant title Techniques for Growing and Overwintering Japanese Fig Tree Espalier in the Northeast (FNE22-003-AWD00000495)

Variety Information: This should be one of your first choices for growing citrus in a cold climate.  The most wide spread Satsuma out there.  The fruit can be picked an eaten while still green.  Juicy, with easily separate segments, with low acidity.  Usually seedless but may acquire a few seeds with cross pollination. Harvested from November to January.
