Description
60 days. Open Pollinated cow pea / Southern pea. The plant produces good yields of exceptionally large brown-colored cowpeas. The 6-9½" long pods are straw-colored and the peas are brown. This variety produces a lot earlier than the Mississippi Silver Cowpea. Brown cowpeas. An excellent choice for home gardens. We have noticed this one handles wet summers and stinkbugs really well. It is semi-bush in habit which makes it easier to grow and deal with. VERY productive and high quality. A winner!
