About the auction item:
For sale is a Blava Flor tree in a 4"x9" pot. This tree has been exposed to direct sunlight since it had the first leaf as I rooted it in the sunroom.
Blava Flor is a fig that might become extremely popular soon. I bought two cuttings from the Off the Beaten Path Nursery. The description says that "this is one of the most striking figs with a purple black skin and a deep purple red flesh ..... bursting with flavor and is mid season." BigBill is someone whom I trust and respect for his opinions on figs. I am keeping one and this is the only extra I have for sale.
About shipping:
I will be using the USPS Priority Mail. I can ship to all states except CA, HI, and AK due to local regulations. No international shipping.
