Description

This listing is for a well rooted and robust Molla Vermella MP rooted cutting in a 3/8 pot.  This young plant is very healthy and growing nicely and very tall. This is an amazing fig from the Monserrat Pons collection in the Balearic Islands.  This is an Bifera cultivar, producing Brebas in June and then main from that lasts from August to October for me in Florida. The fruits are bluish-black on the exterior and an intense red berry interior with an excellent flavor profile that is tasty and sweet. Excellent fig to add to any collection.

The tree has been growing in my patio under shade cloth so acclimation to sun is necessary and please protect from the cold.

There is no sign of FMV although I suspect all my trees may have been exposed at some point. If this is a concern, please do not bid on my items.

I will usually ship on Monday’s to avoid post office delays over the weekend. Please be aware that’s the post office is a lot slower than usual due to Covid 19 and lack of staff. Item will be shipped USPS priority or UPS 3Day select but there have been instances when it has taken longer than a week to arrive, however that’s rare.

All my trees have come from very reputable sources from the fig community and this one was obtained from HarveyC but If there is ever a problem with the item upon arrival, please make me aware and I will do my best to make it right.
Thanks for looking and happy bidding!!
