This auction is for a rooted cutting from my Grosse de Monstruese de Lipari fig tree. I acquired this tree from a very reputable and costly nursery that specializes in French figs in New Jersey.

Grosse de Monstruese de Lipari is an outstanding variety. The figs are very sweet, they have a jammy texture, and they don't split or drop. This is a really exceptional variety, and it is a must for any person looking to own more than one variety. The flavor of the fig changes during the season, figs that ripen under sunny and dry conditions are very sweet and have a strong berry taste. Later figs keep their sweetness, but the tones become fruitier. The birds and critters do not disturb them as they remain light green when ripe. The figs appear resistant to splitting even under heavy rain. This is a variety on my top five list.

You will receive the tree in the images. Please acclimate your tree upon arrival. Place it in a partly shaded area, and wait a few days before changing to a larger pot. Do not disturb the root system as you can damage/hurt the tree, just plant it and let the tree do its thing.
