Yolo bypass fig tree from air layered, big green figs w dark red inside, close eyes. mature tree's figs weigh around 70 to 90s grams(see pictures of treeofparadise),  don't know how it will performant in my area, source from the original finder of this variety, he tasted more than 400 varieties of figs, Yolo bypass fig is the top 5 for him. This is an air layer tree, that lives outside under direct full sun all the time, should be very easy to fit your climate, but keep in mind, the outside raised trees are much tougher than indoor trees, but may not look as neat as indoor trees, because they went through lots of winds, rains, dries, wets, hots, and colds, so might have some rusted or damaged leaves, that's normal, freshman newbies should know that, if you want an all-green perfect leaves tree, don't buy from me, you will receive the tree in the picture, Please look at the tree before you purchase, so you know what you will expect.

this is a common fig tree, does not need to be pollinated,
