2 Italian Castello Fig Cuttings

Castello is a vigorously growing fig variety from the town of Introdacqua in the Abruzzo region of Italy.

Produces an abundance of light greenish figs that turn to a light gray/pinkish tone as it swells to ripeness. The interior of the fruit becomes a strong pink/red color and has a unique and amazing taste with light fruity flavor with coconut overtones.  

Produces both breba and main crop. I keep at  a minimum of 3 trees - as I do not want to lose this rare variety.

Cuttings are as shown in photo - taken from my from 6 year old mother tree.  Will be wrapped in plastic/bubble wrap and sent via first class mail.
