'Miho Wase' Hardy Mandarin Orange Tree
Grafted on Flying Dragon rootstock

An exceptionally hardy variety of Mandarin Orange, older trees have withstood temperature into the high teens without damage. Miho Wase is also one of the earliest to ripen and produces abundant crops of sweet, thin skin fruit. These easy to peel, bright orange fruit are great for fresh eating.

Hardiness: Hardy to at least 20º F, although fruit requires protection from freezing
Rootstock Description: Flying Dragon is a hardy and very dwarfing rootstock for Citrus that induces very early flowering and fruit production. Trees grown on Flying Dragon will rarely exceed 5 ft. in height and will often produce fruit the year they are planted.
