*Last one I have besides my main tree*

For sale is the exact Boreale fig plant pictured.  This variety comes from Nikky of FigsArt by Nikky.  Although I have not been able to taste this one for myself yet, our tree looks like it is finally ready to produce this season.  This variety is confirmed to be common, boasting an interesting array of tropical flavors.  Notably, depending on climate and growing conditions, there are growers that have gotten to enjoy the beautiful purple ring that appears under the skin as depicted.  This plant has been established in its little pot for several months, enduring our mild Texas winter outdoors.  It can definitely be up-potted after recovering from its trip to its new home. All of our plants are raised outdoors where they can bask in the warm Texas sun, so I can assure you that this plant is tough and acclimated to outdoor conditions.  As with any plant, the general recommendation is to give it a little TLC on arrival, possibly keeping it out of direct sun for a few days, but it is already hardened to outdoor conditions.

Your plant will come as-is in the pot featured in the photo.  I have had mixed experiences receiving plants with loose or wrapped soil, so I believe it is worth the extra cost to me to ensure their roots remain undisturbed and they are ready for you to transplant after they arrive.  This plant should continue to do fine in its pot until you start seeing roots creep out of the bottom, but it will naturally grow faster if it can spread into a larger space.  As many others have noted, there is frequent exposure to FMV among the community, and, while I don't see any serious signs of issues with disease in my plants, beware of the possibility of mild manifestations which resolve effortlessly.

Unfortunately I cannot ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or internationally.
