Crema di Fragola rooted stock

The fruit from this tree bears a beautiful deep red interior. The flavor develops from a strawberry undertones when just maturing, to a tangy raspberry when fully ripened.  The texture is such that it could easily be spread as jam directly from the fruit.  When cooked, the jam has no need for added sugar.  It blends to a lightly sweet berry.

“Crema di Fragola are large green figs with a jammy bright blood red interior. Strawberry and rhubarb pie flavors.
Dries well on the tree. As fig ripens and starts to dehydrate you can taste background notes of cinnamon, bergamont and perilla. Complex and concentrated strawberry flavor with a slight tart rhubarb notes reminiscent of strawberry rhubarb pie with a cream topping. This is one of the best tasting figs Iv'e ever had in all of my fig hunting experiences thus far.“ - Lee Ann Marie 

We had previously marketed this under the name of Razz Jelly, however it has since been claimed and sold by another enthusiast under the name of Crema di Fragola.  We will honor that name for the sake of continuity.
