Stainless Steel Utica Fruit & Vegetable Produce Knife with Sampling Fork

Every fig collector needs a fruit sampling knife!  I know, I know... every fig collector already has one, right?  Wrong!  Every fig collector has a cool or pretty looking knife, not a fruit sampler.  I did, too.  I carried a 4" folder with Damascus blade, cocobolo scales (what can I say... This folding fruit sampling knife is a Kutmaster imported by Utica Cutlery who's known for quality knives.  Utica has been in business for 113 years!  So, they definitely know a thing or two.  It's all stainless and measures in at 4 5/8 inches when closed and 8 5/8 inches inches when the serrated stainless blade is opened.  It's very sharp!  There's a cool stainless sampling fork for your demure side, too.  Overall, it's a solid knife with great fitment.  Although it's light, weighing in at a hair over 2 ounces, it has a nice heft and really feels like a quality tool.  The fruit knife comes to you in a cool, black, Utica cutlery box and SHIPS FREE.

At the end of the day a fruit sampling knife is a tool.  Yes, there are options which are a few dollars less... literally a few bucks.  Those options have plastic handles and will definitely break when dropped.  This one is all stainless steel.  So, you might get a scratch here and there but the handles will hold up when it lands on pavement.  I was able to get a great deal on these from AM Leonard and now we're passing the savings to you.  AMLEO is no longer carrying this model because Utica cannot get them any longer.  I guess that translates into, "The price went up and we're not paying that much for a fruit sampling knife."  In any event, we bought out their stock and this is all we have.  Get yours while you can.
