Vigorous variety sold to me as a brown turkey from local nursery but definitely NOT a brown turkey in looks or taste. Beautiful foliage, offers breba and main crop. Lovely honey-berry flavor. Starts off as tiny red bulbs and darkens to a deep black-purple for a delightful fall harvest of main crop in September/October.
