About the auction item:
For sale is a well-rooted Gambino tree in a 4"x9" pot. It has been exposed to sunlight from the very beginning as I rooted cuttings in a sunroom without any cover. It can tolerate a wide range of temperature (45-75 degrees) and humidity (35-80%), which means an easier transition once this tree is introduced to a new environment. Note: This tree does show clear sign of FMV even though the mother tree does not. Based on my experience, FMV is present on most trees and often disappear when trees grow stronger and older.
Gambino is a great fig and one of my favorites. It's very sweet and sometimes has a hint of banana when fully ripe. It's also very productive, cold hardy and does not split in rain.
About shipping:
I will be using the USPS Priority Mail. I can ship to all states except CA, HI, and AK due to local regulations. No international shipping.
