DARK PORTUGUESE

Up for sale is a Dark Portuguese fig tree in a 1-gallon pot. This fig originates from the Central mountains of Portugal. I acquired this variety from Bass of Trees of Joy who introduced this fig to the community. It is an early ripening Mt Etna that produces small figs that have a red interior with and intense berry flavor & a dark purple exterior. It ripens for us here in 7a in early September, a definite winner. This is a common fig not requiring pollination.

I assume that all my trees may have been exposed to FMV at some point, if this is a concern please do not bid.

I usually ship on Mondays or Tuesdays but if you prefer a different day, please let me know as soon as possible after the auction has ended.

Buyers please be aware of your local weather, if you prefer to delay shipping due to weather, please contact me and we can make arrangements. Local pickup is available.

After delivery the buyer is responsible for the care of the fig tree.  All trees have been grown indoors with indirect sunlight & grow lights, please introduce your tree to full sun gradually. Please give time for tree to acclimate to its new surroundings.
