Lebanese Red (Bass)

This is not the Bekaa Valley red but the Trees of Joy Lebanese Red introduced by Bass. In my opinion, the fruit is a bit larger and sweeter than the BV. I haven't set them side by side for a taste test because my ripe figs rarely make it a few feet from the tree after they get picked. My tree actually set and ripened fruit the first year it was rooted from a cutting. This tree has been outside for about three weeks and got a little frosted on the leaves. You will get the tree pictured.
