Lampeira 1 - Awesome cultivar from Thierry- France!!

This listing is for a beautifully rooted and tall Lampeira 1 cutting in a 3x8 tree pot. This cultivar has been introduced by Thierry from (FIgues du Monde France)This is not the same as Lampeira preta or prusch. This is a bifera cultivar that produces 2 crops of medium sized fruit that are green with a brownish hew and have a nice red berry interior. The fruit are elongated, have a tight eye and hang downwards when ripening making it  resistant to rain. It is a common type of fig and thus, does not need wasps to fruit.  Would make an excellent addition to any rare fig collection!! 

I suspect all my trees may have been exposed to FMV at some point, even the ones that show no signs. If this is a concern please do not bid. 
 

Plant has been growing in my patio under 50% shade cloth and acclimation to sun needed. Also if you live in an area with frost please protect from extreme weather. 

I will usually ship on Monday’s to avoid post office delays over the weekend. Please be aware that’s the post office is a lot slower than usual due to Covid 19 and lack of staff. Item will be shipped priority but there have been instances when it has taken longer than a week to arrive, however that’s rare. 

All my trees have come from very reputable sources from the fig community and this tree came from Ross If there is ever a problem with the item please make me aware and I will do my best to make it right.
