Texas Blue Giant

This tree produces huge purple figs with sweet amber flesh. It Thrives in the south but is said to be hardy up to zone 7. Last year was my second year growing TBG and it produced two dozen figs for me. They were huge and sweet and one of them is in the picture below. That is my big meaty hand it is in and not my kids' or grandkids'.  All my figs come from reputable growers but, like most folks, I cannot guarantee that they haven't been exposed to FMV.
