Hello! The following is an I-258 tree for sale!
This is the first year I’ve had success with rooting cuttings and I’ve propagated way more than I have room for in my garden. They’re all hardened off and have been growing vigorously in full sun and exposed to the elements in my backyard. This tree is in a 4x9” tree pot and is starting to take off.
Italian 258 is a berry-flavored fig that is highly regarded among the fig community for its wonderful, complex flavor. This medium to large fruited variety produces figs with a purple exterior and deep red interior. The complex berry flavor of this fig gives hints of passion fruit and tangerine in each sweet and juicy bite.
