Item Description

The Strawberry Verte fig tree, originally from Spain, produces a medium sized fruit that has a green to yellowish-green skin and strawberry colored flesh.  Many people note the taste of this amazing fig resembles strawberry jelly.  The tree itself grows smaller in size to maturity and is great for smaller backyards or in pots.  However, the figs themselves grow to a nice size and packed with flavor.  The figs come in around 40 grams as a typical size for me.

KYS - Know Your Seller!  There are a lot of people selling fig trees and fig tree cuttings that are NOT what they represent.  Sadly, you will not know until a year or 2 later when there is little recourse.  Simple searches of usernames on the internet can prevent this.  I grow out all my trees and validate what they are BEFORE selling.  I have been around for years and will continue to do so.  If there is ever an issue, PLEASE contact me anytime.

Expectations

You will receive two (2) Fig Tree cuttings.  Almost all cuttings are approximately 8 to 12 inches long. Rarely, you might receive a slightly shorter cutting, but most are about 10 inches, none are less than 6 inches.  There are a minimum of three (3) nodes, often more.  Cutting thickness ranges from approximately pencil thickness to cigar thickness.  Sometimes extras are added which are usually pieces that do not meet this criteria, but are not guaranteed.  I apologize in advance, I cannot fulfill requests for cutting specifications.  

Cuttings will be cut to order to guarantee freshness.  All items purchased will be prioritized by payment first (not transaction time).  Cuttings will be itemized on Friday evening, cut Saturday or Sunday, and shipped on Monday and Tuesday.  In example, if you make a purchase on Wednesday, the cuttings will ship Monday or Tuesday of the following week.

Availability is limited and first paid will be shipped first.  Availability shown is an estimate.  If I do not have 2 cuttings available to send, you will receive a message Monday asking if you would like a refund for that item, cancel the entire order if multiple items are purchased on that one invoice, or if you would prefer to substitute with inventory still availability as a priority over new buyers.

Payment is required to ship cuttings and/or trees in a timely fashion.  Delay of payment may result in a delay of shipping or cancelation of the order.

Shipping Terms

When your item is shipped, you will receive an email that is on file with PayPal with a tracking number.  I will also add the tracking number to your invoice when shipped.  Please make sure your shipping address and email are updated on PayPal prior to payment.  To honor PayPal's buyer protection, items must be shipped to the address on file.

Items on the same invoice will automatically update to provide a combined shipping price.  Please purchase all items prior to paying to save on shipping.

Within the continental United States (yes California too!): I will ship all cuttings in a padded envelope either by USPS or UPS, which ever is more economical at shipping time.  A majority of the time, cuttings will be received within 1 to 3 days of shipping.  Buyer is required to know their jurisdiction laws, and I will not refund or replace items seized by your local government/post office.

Outside the continental United States: Please delay payment until an additional shipping fee to be added to your invoice based off the shipping destination.  You will have 24 hours to agree on the additional shipping charge after it is updated and make payment on the order to retain your priority of shipping.  Shipping time will vary based off your location, and I cannot guarantee viability of the items.

Guarantee/Warranty

If you receive a damaged item or are unhappy with the purchase, PLEASE email me.  I believe CUSTOMER SATISFACTION is PARAMOUNT! 

(This only applies to the continental United States) Your responsibility: If there is any damage to the package upon receipt, please take a picture or two showing the damage of the unopened package with the label visible (tracking ID), and a picture or two of the item for a claim with the post office. If you would prefer, you can write "Return to Sender - DAMAGED" on the outside of the unopened package. The post office is supposed to bring the package back to me, documented with the damage, so I may issue a complete refund. I do not provide any guarantee on cuttings that have attempted to be rooted or claims made outside three (3) days after delivery. If the item is delivered past six (6) days from being shipped to being delivered, and you would like a refund, PLEASE do not open the package. Write "Return To Sender" on the outside of the package, and send it back to me for a full refund. Buyer assumes full responsibility if shipping takes more than six (6) days (from being shipped to being delivered) and the buyer opens the package OR claims are made after three (3) days of delivery.

My reviews and feedback are as high as they are because I DO CARE and WILL try to support the buyer.
